Exchange Policy

What is Knit Knotch’s Exchange Policy? How does it work?

 

Knit Knotch offers a 7-day Size Exchange policy that allows you to exchange items purchased from our website/app for size only, within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that the product remains unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You are welcome to try the product on, but please take care to maintain its original condition.

Exchange Fee:
For all size exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of ₹99 will be charged. This fee will be added to your replacement order invoice and helps cover the processing and handling costs. If your original order was split and delivered separately, the exchange fee will be charged only once.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Terms & Conditions for Knit Knotch’s 7-Day Size Exchange Policy:

 

  • All product(s) to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., hoodies must be in original packaging).

  • An exchange fee of ₹99 applies for size exchange and will be included in the replacement order invoice.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after delivery for the exchange option to appear beside your order in your Knit Knotch account.

  • Check the product(s), reason for exchange, and other related details carefully when placing your exchange request. Our courier partner will pick up only the product(s) mentioned in your exchange request.

  • If the product(s) handed over to the courier does not match the product(s) listed in your exchange request, the pickup will be cancelled by the courier.

  • Size exchange for sets or combo packs must be done for the entire set/combo. Individual items from a set/combo cannot be exchanged separately.

  • Size exchange will be processed based on the product(s) selected during the exchange request. Knit Knotch is not responsible for any extra or incorrect product(s) handed to the courier at pickup.

  • Reverse pickup service availability depends on your area’s PIN code.

  • Please upload clear images of the product(s) with tags attached when initiating the size exchange request. Invalid or unclear images may lead to rejection of the request.

 

Can I request a second size exchange?


We do not offer a second size exchange as part of our policy. However, if you wish to initiate another exchange, a fee of ₹250 will be applicable.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong order?

At Knit Knotch, we strive to maintain the highest quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by raising a support ticket via your Knit Knotch account. After verifying your concern, we will replace the product with the correct one.

When will my pickup for size exchange take place?

Reverse pickup will typically occur within 2-3 working days through our courier partner, depending on service availability in your PIN code. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to courier the product to us. We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹250, subject to proof of payment.

Why did my pickup fail?

We make up to three attempts to pick up your order. If pickup is unsuccessful after three tries, the request will be marked failed. You may raise a support ticket to reinitiate the pickup process.

Does Knit Knotch offer returns or refunds?

Currently, Knit Knotch does not offer returns or refunds on delivered orders. We only provide size exchanges for products purchased. For other issues related to your order, please raise a support ticket, and we will do our best to assist you within 48 hours.
